Desde mi punto de vista como entrenador profesional, siempre he seguido la premisa de hacer el campo grande para tener la iniciativa en el juego. A continuación voy a explicar algunas de las ventajas que tiene el equipo al jugar con los extremos muy abiertos

From my point of view as a professional coach, I have always Kept the premise of making the pitch wide for having the initiative of the play. Below I am going to explain some advantages that the team has, when we play with the wingers very open.

1.Como factor inicial, si el extremo parte pegado a la linea la visión del campo se amplia, pudiendo tomar mejores decisiones con y sin balón.

2. Cuando el extremo recibe el balón pegado a la línea, tiene más ventaja a la hora de atacar al defensor, ya que tiene más espacio para realizar el 1vs1 por delante y por detrás y es más fácil fijar al defensor.

2. When the winger receives the ball close to the line, the winger has more advantage for attacking or face the defender, the winger has more space for 1vs1 ahead and back of the defender and it is easier to catch him.

3. Al estar con los extremos abiertos cerca de la linea, los jugadores interiores siempre van a tener un pase fácil, en caso de dificultad de circulación de balón pro dentro, ya que el equipo contrario nunca va a mantener a los defensores abiertos.

3. When the wingers are open close to the line, the inner players are always going to be easy pass in the case they have difficult ball moving for inside, since the opponent team, will never keep the defenders open.

4. Si los extremos están abiertos, a la hora de llegar el balón o solo en posicionamiento, automáticamente los marcadores van a cerrar el espacio, dejando pasillos internos libres para la entrada de jugadores de otras lineas y dando ventaja en la zona.

4. If the wingers are open, in the moment the ball arrives to the place or just the players keep the position, automatically the defenders go to close the space, letting inner free channels for attacking the space for other players from other lines.

5. Cuando el extremo tiene que atacar el espacio dentro del área o simplemente la espalda de su marca, el partir desde un punto más abierto que el defensor, ayuda a sorprender o llevar la iniciativa del desmarque, teniendo más probabilidades de finalizar la jugada con éxito.

5. When the winger has to attack the space in the penalty box or simply take the back of the mark, to start more open than the defender, gives to the winger the initiative of the space, having more probability to finish the action with success.

Estas son algunas de las ventajas de jugar con los extremos abierto. En el video vamos a ver estas ventajas en juego real en diferentes situaciones de juego, donde todas terminan en gol.
